Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products, we offer returns and refunds ONLY if the order is damaged or lost. Due to the affinity towards a fragrance is very subjective, we cannot offer refund in case you do not like the fragrance.
There are no refunds on wholesale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have up to 7 days after receiving your products to file a claim.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Lost Items: If the package gets lost due to carrier issues, we will request you to file a claim with USPS and process a refund or reshipment.
